Reliable Rides LLC was founded in 2022 by Tim Smith after a successful 30-year career in the corporate world. A proud resident of Highland Village for the past decade, Tim is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife are raising two sons who attend and play football at Marcus High School, while his two older children—a son and daughter—are grown with families of their own.

Originally from San Antonio, Tim began his professional journey by serving in the U.S. Army in a law enforcement role. His military background instilled the values of integrity, discipline, and service—principles that continue to guide Reliable Rides today.

After years of relying on executive car services himself, Tim recognized an opportunity to create something different: a veteran-owned business focused on professionalism, reliability, and building genuine connections with clients. Founding Reliable Rides gave Tim the chance to spend more time with his family while offering travelers the same safe, comfortable, and dependable experience he once sought as a customer.
