How do I book a trip?

To receive a quote, fill out the booking form with all your trip information. Please be as specific as possible. Receiving a quote does not obligate you to the service. You can make your decision after you receive a quote.

What information is needed to book a ride?

You will need to include all the necessary information in the booking form to receive a quote, then choose a service type, include your personal information and add a valid credit card.

Can I book a trip with more than 1 stop?

Yes. If your trip has multiple stops, please use the “Add” button next to the “Stops” column when booking.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

Prior to your requested booking, you will receive an email or an SMS text confirming the details of your booking. Make sure to review that the information is correct. If for any reason there is an error or you need to make a change, you will need to contact us at 469-404-0417 as soon as possible.

You will also receive a SMS text message when your driver is confirmed. This will include the drivers name and cell phone number in case you need to contact your driver directly.

When your driver has arrived at your location, you will receive another SMS text message that your driver has arrived.

How will I know where to meet my driver?

Your driver will text you once your flight lands with direction on where to find them. Your driver will be using a real time flight tracker to monitor your flight, so they are aware when you take off, land, and your arriving gate.

Your driver will do everything possible to pick you up as close as they can get to you and your party. Due to airport regulations, please understand you may have to walk to the safest and legal pick-up location.

Will my driver know if my flight has been delayed or canceled?

Yes. Your assigned driver will be using a real time flight tracker to monitor your flight. This will tell the driver if there are any delays or cancellations. This eliminates the need for you to notify your driver yourself.

If there is a change in drivers and/or vehicles you will be notified via text once confirmed.
